No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Rolled Oats
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 C PB2 or Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 medium (100g peeled) Banana, mashed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Mix the oats, protein powder, and powdered peanut butter together.
  2. Mash the banana in a separate bowl before adding to the dry ingredients
  3. Stir until the mixture starts to come together
  4. Add the honey and chocolate chips and finishing stirring until one large ball forms
  5. Divide the mixture into 8 pieces
  6. Roll each piece between your palms to smooth and place them on a piece of parchment paper or foil
  7. Refrigerate protein bites and serve chilled.
